Tharanii Thiyagarajan

Tharanii Thiyagarajan is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, and is dual-qualified in Singapore and England & Wales.

She advises international clients on complex commercial, shipping, construction and regulatory matters, and has experience in Singapore Court proceedings and International Arbitrations involving commercial commodities and international trade disputes. Notable matters include managing end‑to‑end litigation involving more than 650 claimants in one of the largest representative actions in Singapore involving a complex foreign currency exchange scam; acting as lead associate in a billion‑dollar minority oppression dispute; and leading efforts in investigating and tracing fraudulent transactions resulting in partial recovery of funds and cryptocurrencies.

She holds an LL.B from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
