Felicia Marie Ng

Felicia Marie Ng is a Partner in the Asset Management & Funds Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in private investment funds, family offices, and alternative investments. She regularly advises fund managers and sponsors on the establishment and structuring of private equity funds, real estate funds, and venture capital funds, as well as family offices, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors.

Felicia also advises clients on tax exemption schemes, including the Singapore Resident Fund scheme and the Enhanced-Tier Fund scheme, as well as regulatory and licensing issues relating to Singapore securities and financial advisory law. She takes a multidisciplinary approach covering regulatory, legal, and tax aspects in her advisory work.

She also advises high-net-worth individuals and families on the establishment of family offices and family investment funds, including the use of trusts, umbrella holding structures, and underlying portfolio companies, both within and outside of Singapore, as well as private label investment funds for high-net-worth clients.

Felicia holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. She has completed the Advanced Tax Programme by the Tax Academy of Singapore and the Advanced Management Programme in International Tax, and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner registered with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
