James Choo is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets and Indonesia Practices at WongPartnership, specialising in capital markets law, corporate finance, and cross‑border transactions. He frequently represents issuers in capital markets and M&A transactions in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, and works closely with local partners in the region to deliver seamless, high‑quality advice that enables clients to successfully achieve their goals.
