Hui Choon Yuen is the Head of the Financial Services Group and a Partner in the Debt Capital Markets, Insurance, Financial Services Regulatory, and Private Wealth Practices, specialising in capital markets law. His main practice areas are debt capital markets, securitisations, insurance, and financial services regulatory compliance, advising issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on complex capital markets transactions and regulatory matters.
