Seah Xin Tong

Seah Xin Tong is an Associate Director in the Corporate & Finance department at Drew & Napier, specializing in Capital Markets Law. Her practice encompasses capital markets, cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructurings.

Xin Tong has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public listed companies on significant transactions, including acting for Helens International Holdings Limited on its secondary listing on the SGX‑ST and obtaining clearance from the Cyberspace Administration of China and the CSRC; acting for Alpina Holdings Limited on its primary listing on the Catalist Board of the SGX‑ST; advising The Trendlines Group Ltd. on a rights issue; advising Healthway Medical Group on various clinic acquisitions; and acting for Onstar Express (holding company of SiCepat) in its Series B equity fundraising involving an aggregate investment of approximately US$170 million.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Singapore Management University (2018) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
