Shawn ANG

Shawn Ang is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets Practice, specialising in capital markets law. His main areas of practice include capital markets, corporate finance and general corporate matters, with transaction experience including advising on securities offerings for international issuers, domestic and cross‑border IPOs, follow‑on equity offerings, and secondary listings.

He began his training with WongPartnership and prior to re‑joining the firm, he worked in the New York office of a leading international law firm. His experience spans a broad range of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements, advising issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders on complex corporate finance matters.

Shawn holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar and the New York State Bar.
