FRANSISCA

Fransisca is a Partner at Makes & Partners, a member of WPG, where she heads the Firm's banking and finance practice group and is a key figure in the Firm's mergers and acquisitions and real estate practices. She has extensive experience in identifying key legal and commercial issues, analysing client interests, and delivering comprehensive solutions for complex transactions.

Fransisca routinely assists clients in financing projects, acquisitions, and other corporate matters, advising and negotiating on both domestic and cross-border transactions. Her in-depth knowledge and acute legal skills have earned her recognition from various publications, including IFLR 1000, asialaw, and The Legal 500. She has also been listed in the Top 100 Lawyers List in Indonesia by the Asian Business Legal Journal (2018, 2019, 2020). She is a registered member of the Capital Market Consultants Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal) and regularly provides legal updates on the Knight Frank Investment Guide.

Fransisca holds an S.H. from the University of Trisakti and is a member of the Indonesian Bar.

She is an active speaker on property and investment law, having presented at the FIABCI Global Business Summit and in collaboration with PBTaxand, as well as on digital contracting in a webinar hosted by Makes & Partners.
