Gloria Goh

Gloria Goh is a Counsel in the Technology & Corporate Intellectual Property Practice at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in intellectual property, technology, pharmaceuticals, health products, cosmetics, and food regulation. Her expertise spans contentious and non-contentious matters involving trade marks, copyright, patents, domain names, confidential information, and data protection.

Gloria conducts intellectual property due diligence and audits for corporate transactions, advises clients on IP acquisitions, and drafts and negotiates commercial agreements. She also manages information technology disputes and advises on the negotiation and execution of IT contracts. In the regulatory space, she drafts clinical trial agreements, informed consent documents, and commercial agreements relating to pharmaceuticals and health products.

Gloria holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2006.

She has been recognised as a Leading Individual for Intellectual Property by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2020) and as a Trade Mark star in the 2020/21 edition of IP Stars for Singapore. She joined the firm in 2006.
