Jenny TSIN

Jenny Tsin is the Co‑Head of the Employment Practice and a Partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practice, Corporate Governance & Compliance Practice, and the Corporate & Regulatory Investigations Practice, specialising in Employment Law. She advises clients on all aspects of employment laws, with a focus on preventing and resolving disputes between employers and employees, including drafting and negotiating exit agreements.

Her dispute resolution experience spans litigation and arbitration, extending to shareholder disputes, commercial and contractual disputes, and claims relating to directors' duties, auditors' duties, and other corporate governance matters. She frequently handles sensitive and complex investigations relating to employee misconduct, sanctions breaches, listing rules breaches, privacy breaches, and workplace safety matters. She is recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Labour & Employment by Lexology Index since 2018, and as a Leading Individual for Employment in Singapore by Chambers Asia-Pacific and The Legal 500. She was the winner of Best Lawyer's "Lawyer of the Year" for Labour and Employment Law in 2024, and is also recognised as a Litigation Star in Labour and Employment by Benchmark Litigation and listed in Thomson Reuters' Standout Lawyers.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. Prior to joining WongPartnership, she served as State Counsel and Deputy Public Prosecutor with the Attorney‑General's Chambers.
