Keane Koh

Keane Koh is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons Rodyk in Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws Second Class (Upper Division) in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.

His main areas of practice are banking and finance transactions. He has assisted with drafting, review, and advice on loan and security-related documents including facility agreements, corporate authorisations, and security documentation such as assignments, charges, debentures, mortgages, deeds of subordination, deeds of undertaking, guarantees, and inter-creditor deeds. He has been exposed to bilateral, syndicated, domestic, and cross-border finance transactions.

He acted for UNOAsia in raising US$32 million pre-Series B funding, a mix of debt and equity backed by Gateway Partners, Creador Private Equity, and Nextinfinity Management. He has also assisted local banks in the grant of S$590 million, S$80 million, and S$246 million term and revolving loan facilities secured against Tiong Bahru Plaza, Central Plaza, and Hougang Mall, as well as RMB103 million and RMB85 million offshore loan facilities for acquisition of shares in BVI companies secured by properties in China.

He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law, and has authored "Taking security over cryptoassets" in the Dentons Rodyk Reporter (2024).
