Kelvin Wong

Kelvin Wong is a Partner and Co-Head of the Corporate & Commercial Department at Allen & Gledhill, where he also co-heads the Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Practice and the Employment, Health & Safety Practice. He specialises in energy law, infrastructure projects, and project development and structuring, advising key global and local players in the energy, gas, petrochemical, waste management, and water treatment sectors.

Kelvin has extensive experience in the energy and gas sectors in Singapore, frequently advising on electricity and gas business operations, including the generation and cross-border import of renewable energy, environmental attributes, and carbon management projects. His practice also encompasses district cooling, storage and terminalling, tolling, contract manufacturing, outsourcing, public-private partnerships, cross-border sale of goods, distribution and agency arrangements, and equipment leasing.

He holds an LL.B. from the University of Nottingham and is qualified as a Barrister-at-Law of England and Wales (Middle Temple, 1995) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1996.

He also advises on employment, health and safety matters, including cross-border employment arrangements, HR policies, performance management, and industrial relations.
