Kyle Ng

Kyle Ng is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Group, specialising in Tax Advisory Law. He advises on a broad range of tax matters including corporate tax planning, cross-border structuring, indirect tax, and tax controversy.

Kyle has advised a Mag 7 company on the indirect tax implications of restructuring intercompany agreements, a Fortune 500 company in the semiconductor industry on tax planning and audit management, and a transactional risk solutions provider on tax risks in M&A transactions. He also advises on the structuring and set-up of single family offices, including applying to the Monetary Authority of Singapore for Section 13O and Section 13U fund tax incentives, and on wills, trusts and family succession structures.

Kyle holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2021) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2022. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
