Luisa Lim

Luisa Lim is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She advises listed companies on initial public offerings, corporate restructuring, fundraising exercises, reverse takeovers, delistings, listing compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Luisa has acted as legal adviser to the Sponsor, Issue Manager, and Placement Agent on the IPO of Winking Studios Limited on the SGX Catalist board; as Singapore Counsel to 5E Resources Limited on its IPO on the SGX Catalist board; as legal counsel to PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte Ltd on the spin-off of LHN Logistics Limited; and for Keong Hong Holdings in relation to a mandatory conditional cash offer. She also acted for the Joint Issue Managers on the IPO and listing of Aztech Global Ltd on the Main Board of the SGX, raising approximately S$297 million; for Memtech International on its voluntary conditional cash offer and subsequent delisting; for HKE Holdings on its HK$110 million IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; and for Tsingshan Holding Group on a joint venture investment involving a 57% equity stake in Strand Minerals (Indonesia) to develop the Weda Bay Nickel deposit in Indonesia.

Luisa holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Bristol (2013) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015.
