Lynn Cheng

Lynn Cheng is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her main areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, as well as white‑collar crime defence litigation.

Lynn has represented clients in significant commercial and criminal matters, including acting for a Chinese company in a US$50 million SIAC arbitration against a Swiss aircraft manufacturer, and assisting a Chinese company in enforcing an arbitration award from the Shanghai Arbitration Commission in Singapore. She has defended a businessman in a $2.5 million GST tax evasion matter, a former employee in the Shell Oil Heist corruption case, and a commercial building owner in a workplace safety breach prosecution. She also acted for DBS Trustee Limited in electronic discovery matters relating to Eagle Hospitality REIT.

Lynn graduated from the Singapore Management University with an LL.B. (Hons) in 2017 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
