Maureen Ann

Maureen Ann is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Real Estate practice group and Head of the Land Rights & Leasing practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her portfolio focuses on land rights and commercial leasing, including structuring land holdings, build-and-leaseback and purchase-and-leaseback arrangements, easements, wayleaves, contractual licenses, and long-term leases across office, retail, industrial and special use properties.

Maureen is highly experienced in negotiating bespoke leases for anchor tenants, global retail chains and multinational corporates, and advises major developers in Singapore, international fund managers and government land agencies including JTC, SLA and HDB. She has acted for landlords of Grade A office buildings including CapitaSpring, Ocean Financial Centre, DUO and CapitaGreen, and has negotiated leasing arrangements for clients including Amazon, Google, UBS, Microsoft, Unilever and Standard Chartered Bank.

Maureen holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1990). She has been recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific as a Leading Individual for Real Estate every year since 2009, and is listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for Real Estate Law.
