Sally Lee

Sally Lee is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. She regularly advises on buy‑side and sell‑side mandates across Asia, with significant experience in healthcare, technology, and consumer‑related businesses.

Sally has acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity on multiple investments and exits, including in RAM Lifting Technologies, Select Group, and Nurture Education group; for Heliconia Capital Management on investments in Asian Healthcare Specialists, Secretlab, and RE&S Holdings; for the management of Pathology Asia Holdings on its joint venture with TPG and subsequent transactions; for New Forests on its investment in TAVICO GROUP; for Mr Albert Teo in the S$514.6 million privatisation of Amara Holdings; and as Singapore counsel to Softbank Vision Fund on investments including Grab, Grofers, and OYO Rooms. She has also acted for TOPPAN Holdings on its US$1.8 billion acquisition, and for Warburg‑Pincus backed Princeton Digital Group on its acquisition of IO Singapore's data center.

Sally holds an LL.B (Hons) from Singapore Management University (2014) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015. She is a member of the working group contributing to Singapore’s Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA) initiative.

She is recommended in Corporate M&A by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2025–2026) and was named among Singapore's 20 Most Notable Lawyers under 40 by Singapore Business Review (2026).
