Le Vond Chow

Le Vond Chow is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She is qualified in Singapore, Malaysia and England & Wales, and advises on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital fundraising, and general corporate work.

Le Vond regularly advises strategic and financial vendors and acquirers, including private equity and sovereign wealth funds, as well as start-ups and SMEs. Notable matters include advising Seatown, Pavilion Capital and EDBI on their S$235 million investment into Cityneon Holdings, advising PGIM Real Estate on its majority stake investment in a joint venture with ESR for a US$100 million warehouse redevelopment project, and acting for Mapletree Investments on its £1 billion acquisition of 8,192 student housing beds across the UK and Germany. She has also advised on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings across sectors including logistics, real estate, energy and technology.

Le Vond holds an LL.B. (Hons), Upper Second Class, from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2010). She is a member of Lincoln's Inn, the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

She was recognised by Asian Legal Business as one of Singapore's Rising Stars (2024).
