Kok Jun Phang

Kok Jun Phang is an Associate at Dentons Rodyk, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He focuses on M&A and general corporate advisory matters, including due diligence, transaction documents, board and shareholder resolutions, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to entering legal practice, Kok Jun built an international career in music, working across concert, theatre, film, and other media, and bringing experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder and cross‑border projects into his legal practice. He holds a Juris Doctor from Singapore Management University and undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in music from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University. He remains active in the arts as a composer and serves on the board of an IPC‑status arts organisation.

Kok Jun was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2026.
