Terrance Goh

Terrance Goh is a Senior Associate and a corporate lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial group in Singapore. His primary practice area is Mergers and Acquisitions.

He advises a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters. His practice centres on guiding clients through complex corporate transactions, with particular experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
