Gabriel Lee

Gabriel Lee is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He assists clients on a broad range of transactions, including joint ventures, public company takeovers, private company acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, advising sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, public listed companies, and high‑net‑worth individuals on domestic and cross‑border transactions across real estate, telecommunications and media, F&B, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Gabriel has acted for Temasek in the S$11 billion merger of Ascendas‑Singbridge with CapitaLand, transforming CapitaLand into the largest diversified real estate group in Asia; for SPH in the restructuring of its media business and the S$3.9 billion sale of its real estate and other businesses, which saw Keppel Corporation emerge as the winning bidder from a competitive auction process; and for the controlling shareholders of BreadTalk in their buyout of the company.

Gabriel holds an M.A. (Jurisprudence) with First Class Honours from the University of Oxford, where he was a College Book Prize recipient at Corpus Christi College. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016 and was seconded to a leading Japanese law firm.
