Jean Nie Ho

Jean Nie Ho is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group and Head of the Environment, Sustainability and Governance practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her primary areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, venture capital and private equity, employment matters, ESG, and general corporate commercial work.

Jean Nie has advised on numerous cross-border and domestic transactions across sectors including technology, education, consumer goods, agriculture and logistics. Notable matters include advising Satoro Pte. Ltd. on seed fundraising rounds totalling over S$4 million, advising Ellah Lakes Plc on its acquisition of a Nigerian subsidiary, assisting Vertex Ventures in its Series A investment in Quantified Energy Labs, and advising Byju's on the Singapore law aspects of its US$600 million acquisition of Great Learning. She also advised Tolaram Group on its US$450 million joint venture with Kellogg Company, and StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation on its US$500 million SPAC transaction with DigiAsia. Her practice also includes employment advisory work for multinational corporations and ESG-related matters.

Jean Nie holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore ESG Working Group, the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

She is recognised in Best Lawyers in Singapore for Corporate Law (2024–2027).
