KHOR Wei Min

Khor Wei Min is a Partner at Foong & Partners, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate transactions, foreign investments, joint ventures, conveyancing, and joint land development. She advises on corporate exercises of public listed companies, acquisitions of hotels, retail and corporate loans, and provides counsel to foreign direct investors on commencing and conducting business operations in Malaysia.

She has advised on a notable joint venture between SATS Ltd and AirAsia Berhad involving a share swap arrangement with Ground Team Red Holdings Sdn Bhd, the sale of an 80% stake in SATS Ground Services Singapore Pte Ltd in return for an 11.4% stake in Ground Team Red Holdings, and the acquisition by SATS Ltd of a 38.6% stake in Ground Team Red Holdings for an aggregate transaction value of SGD119.9 million. She has recently been endorsed as a Leading Lawyer – “Notable Practitioner” by IFLR1000 (2025‑2026) for Malaysia.

Wei Min holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Cardiff University, U.K. and is a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn). She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2010.
