Jeremy Seow

Jeremy Seow is a Counsel in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate law. He advises on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments and divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings (including share and business transfers, amalgamations, and spin-offs), and other capital-related transactions.

Jeremy has advised Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation on its US$7.8 billion joint venture with NXP Semiconductors to build a new semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility in Singapore; Singapore Press Holdings on the restructuring of its media business by way of a business transfer valued in excess of S$250 million to a not-for-profit entity, followed by its privatisation valued at around S$3.4 billion; Temasek Holdings and Ascendas-Singbridge on the S$11 billion sale of Ascendas-Singbridge's real estate business to CapitaLand; and Swire Beverage Holdings on its acquisition of the Coca-Cola bottling operations in Vietnam and Cambodia, a deal valued at over US$1 billion (handled while on secondment at Slaughter and May). He also undertook a secondment as Regional Legal Counsel at Lazada, where he worked on corporate finance and strategy.

Jeremy holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. He joined Allen & Gledhill in 2018.
