Tom Crane

Tom Crane is a Senior Associate at A&O Shearman in Singapore, focusing on Banking and Finance Law. He advises a range of clients, including sponsors, commercial lenders, development finance institutions and infrastructure funds, on financing transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors.

His experience includes hydropower, solar, wind, bioenergy, energy from waste and transmission infrastructure. He worked in London prior to relocating to Singapore.

His expertise covers emerging markets finance, finance, and project development and finance, with industries spanning energy, oil and gas, power, renewables, banks and infrastructure funds.

Tom holds a BA (First Class Honours) in History from King’s College London (2013), a Graduate Diploma in Law (Distinction) from BPP Law School, London (2014), and an Accelerated Legal Practice Course (Distinction) from BPP Law School, London (2016). He was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2018.
