Andy Chee

Andy Chee is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in banking and finance law. He advises banks, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, financial sponsors, REITs, and private equity firms on a wide range of domestic and cross‑border financing transactions.

He has acted for DBS and OCBC on approximately S$2.3 billion loan facilities to Link REIT entities to finance their acquisition of Jurong Point and Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, for a syndicate of lenders on loan facilities to Cuscaden Peak Pte. Ltd. to finance the acquisition and privatisation of Singapore Press Holdings Limited, and for OCBC on S$156 million facilities to Clementine Investments to finance its general offer for Teckwah Industrial Corporation Limited. His experience also includes bilateral and syndicated loans, real estate finance, fund finance, acquisition finance, takeover finance, and privatisation finance.

Andy holds an LL.B. (Magna Cum Laude) from the Singapore Management University under the SMU Scholars' Programme and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
