Tricia Tan

Tricia Tan is an Associate Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions of publicly listed and private companies, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and general corporate and employment matters.

Tricia advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange (Mainboard and Catalist) on corporate regulatory, governance, and compliance matters. Notable matters include advising IBM Corporation as Singapore counsel on the corporate aspects of a US$5.5 billion bond offering; advising Pacific Andes Resources Development Limited as Singapore corporate counsel on its US$2.5 billion worldwide restructuring (The Asian Lawyer Asia Legal Awards 2017, Finance Deal of the Year – Restructuring and Insolvency); advising WBL Corporation Limited on the mandatory unconditional cash offer by Yanlord Investment, valuing WBL at approximately S$730 million; advising a Pontiac Land affiliate on the S$528 million disposal of interests in the Capitol Singapore project; and advising FnO Pte. Ltd. on its pre‑investment reorganisation and Series A funding round, raising US$10 million at a pre‑money valuation of US$50 million.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from University College London (2017) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
