Ian Low

Ian Low is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. His main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Ian has advised on significant cross-border transactions, including acting as Singapore counsel to Jabil Circuit Singapore Pte Ltd on BYD Electronic's US$2.2 billion acquisition of Jabil Inc's mobility business in China, and acting for Thomson Medical Group on its S$517.1 million acquisition of Vietnam's FV Hospital, the largest healthcare acquisition in Southeast Asia. He also acted for The Ascott Limited on the sale of lodging assets in London and Jakarta for a total of approximately S$280 million, for Boustead Projects Limited on its S$515 million acquisition of 28 and 30 Bideford Road, and for SGX-listed Pacific Radiance Ltd on its consensual debt restructuring involving the disposal of 33 vessels. He also acted for Oman Investment Corporation on its S$2.1 billion acquisition of Sembcorp Utilities' India-based coal power unit and for the owners of DB&B group on its sale to Okamura Corporation.

Ian holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Warwick (2017) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2020. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore.
