Sylvia Koh is an Associate Director in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice encompasses domestic and cross‑border M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, acquisitions, divestments, and funding rounds, providing end‑to‑end support from due diligence to post‑closing integration.

Sylvia advises start‑ups, private equity firms, and multinational corporations across diverse industries, and also assists clients with general corporate advisory matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting. She regularly advises on employment law issues, including employment agreements, terminations, retrenchments, workplace investigations, and internal policies. Within the healthcare sector, she advises on regulatory and commercial matters involving biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare services.

She holds an LL.B. from Singapore Management University (2016) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
