Lauren Chung

Lauren Chung is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and private equity. She advises publicly listed companies, privately held companies, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds across a broad spectrum of industries in domestic and cross‑border transactions, including share and business transfers and public takeovers.

Lauren has advised Temasek in the merger of Temasek units, Surbana International Consultants and Singbridge Group with JTC subsidiaries, Ascendas and Jurong International, to create a single platform worth S$5 billion, one of Asia's largest integrated urban solutions providers. She also advised Temasek on its joint venture with Khazanah Nasional to develop land parcels in Singapore and undertake projects in Iskandar Malaysia through joint venture companies M+S and Pulau Indah Ventures. Her practice also covers high‑value and complex joint ventures involving multinational companies.

Lauren holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2005) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2006. She joined Allen & Gledhill in 2008 and has been a Partner since 2013.
