Priscilla Wang

Priscilla Wang is a Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, public take‑overs, privatisations, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, employment matters, and corporate advisory work.

Priscilla advises publicly listed and privately held companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross‑border share and business transfers. She regularly provides corporate regulatory, governance, and compliance advice to Singapore Exchange listed companies. She is also concurrently a member of Drew & Napier's multi‑disciplinary Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) practice group, dedicated to supporting clients' fast‑evolving and complex ESG needs.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Warwick (2011) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013.
