Ali ALAIDAROUS

Ali AlAidarous is the Founder and Managing Attorney of AlAidarous Advocates and Legal Consultants, a member of WPG, specialising in arbitration and mediation, commercial litigation, and real estate and construction disputes. He leads the firm's litigation and arbitration practice and has been admitted to appear before the courts and judicial bodies of the UAE since 1993.

Mr AlAidarous has served as the UAE representative at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris, sitting on the Court of the ICC tasked with the final review of all ICC awards. He is a prominent arbitrator registered with reputable international institutions and acts as arbitrator pursuant to ICC and DIAC rules and Ad Hoc arbitration, representing clients in a wide range of commercial matters as well as contentious and non-contentious real estate and construction matters.

Mr AlAidarous holds an LL.B. from Al Ain University and is a member of the United Arab Emirates Bar. Prior to founding his firm, he gained in-house experience with Emirates Industrial Bank, United Arab Bank, Société Générale, and Société Française du Pétrole (now Total).
