Alvin CHIA

Alvin Chia is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in banking and finance law, syndicated lending, and project finance. He advises on a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance, property development loans, trade financing, and debt restructuring.

Alvin's practice also encompasses private banking transactions, standard forms for consumer credit transactions, and sales and participations of credit receivables. He has extensive experience advising financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and sponsors on complex domestic and cross‑border financing arrangements.

Alvin holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar and the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
