Eleanor Pang

Eleanor Pang is a Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She frequently advises financial institutions, corporates, and individuals on a range of domestic and cross‑border bilateral and syndicated financing matters, including acquisition financing, real estate financing, rescue financing, and green financing.

Eleanor has acted as lender's counsel in the restructuring of and investment into Pacific International Lines, Singapore's largest container shipping line; acted for borrowers and a major Singapore bank in a 2‑stage high‑value secured financing exceeding S$600 million involving the takeover of a prominent chain of hotels; and acted as Singapore counsel to a global pharmaceutical conglomerate on a multi‑billion dollar global internal restructuring and spin‑off. She also advises on financial regulatory matters, assists in the establishment of in‑house documentation for banks, and advises on internal restructuring and general corporate matters.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Liverpool (2013) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2015.
