Bernadette TAN

Bernadette Tan is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She advises lenders and borrowers on numerous notable and high‑value domestic and cross‑border financing transactions, including syndicated and club loans, green and sustainable financings, real estate, project, acquisition and privatisation, REIT and business trust financings, sale and purchase of, and participations in, credit transactions, security arrangements and documentation, and onshore‑offshore financings.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. She is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore.
