Christy LIM

Christy Lim is the Head of the Banking & Finance Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in banking and finance law, acquisition and leveraged finance, infrastructure and real estate financing, and ESG financing. She leads numerous high-value domestic and cross-border financing transactions spanning jurisdictions throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including leveraged and acquisition financing, data centre and infrastructure financing, real estate and development financing, fund financing, and private credit transactions.

Christy is a market leader in the banking and finance space, recognised as the lawyer of choice for complex, headline-making financing deals. She is also active in ESG financing and has deep expertise in fund financing and corporate finance transactions. She serves as an adjunct instructor at the School of Law at Singapore Management University.

Christy holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

She has been consistently ranked as a leading Banking & Finance lawyer by Chambers Global, Chambers Asia-Pacific, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, asialaw Profiles, Lexology Index, and Best Lawyers.
