Audrey Chiang

Audrey Chiang is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her primary practice is in general commercial litigation, advising and representing clients on a broad range of issues relating to corporate litigation, medical defence litigation, property law, breach of confidence, trusts, banking law, employment law, intellectual property law and regulatory matters. Her clients include private hospitals, insurers and publicly listed companies.

Audrey has defended hospitals and doctors in medical negligence claims and coroner's inquiries, and has advised on complex legal issues relating to assisted reproduction services, including IVF procedures and the storage of human gametes. She has also acted for the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) in bringing claims for breaches of consumer protection legislation and represented clients in disputes arising from cryptocurrency trades, oil and gas matters, copyright infringement, breach of confidence and personal injury claims.

Audrey holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1995).
