AW Wen Ni

Aw Wen Ni is a Partner in the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice and the Private Wealth Practice, specialising in estate planning. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals and families on succession and estate planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration, and the setup and management of family offices and fund vehicles. She also advises on pre‑ and post‑marital agreements, testamentary instruments, and tax incentive applications.

She regularly appears as Counsel before the Singapore Courts in complex, high‑value disputes, including contested probate and estate matters, shareholders' disputes, banking and financial disputes, and proceedings under the Mental Capacity Act. Her practice spans both front‑end advisory work and contentious dispute resolution, providing comprehensive legal support to clients in all aspects of private wealth management.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) (Singapore) and the Wealth Management Institute's Global‑Asia Family Office Circle. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
