David CHEE

David Chee is a Partner in the Private Wealth and Middle East Practices, specialising in estate planning, wealth and succession planning, trusts, and philanthropy. He advises ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients on international wealth and succession planning, including generational wealth transfer, asset protection, family business succession, family governance, structured philanthropy, tax planning, and the establishment of family trusts and family offices.

He has extensive experience in trust structuring, restructuring, licensing, regulatory compliance, risk management, and the administration of trusts and estates. He also advises on charitable and non‑profit entities, including institutions of public character and donor‑advised funds. His clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, family offices, and large business organisations. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a Chartered Trustee of the Singapore Trustees Association, and serves as Vice‑President of the Asia Estate Planning Association.
