Emma Gan

Emma Gan is a Director in the Tax & Private Client Services practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Estate Planning. She advises clients on trust structuring, private trust company establishment, single family offices and relevant tax incentives, family governance, and bespoke wills, as well as the tax, regulatory, and governance considerations of wealth structuring.

Emma has handled significant matters including advising a prominent South Asian UHNW individual on restructuring worldwide assets and establishing a family office, family trusts, s13U fund, and offshore private label funds, and assisted the client's children with permanent residency under the Global Investor Programme. She has advised a leading Singapore family on family trusts, global wills, and lasting powers of attorney across two generations; assisted a leading Singapore business family in establishing a private trust company, drafting a family constitution, and settling listed shares into a family trust; advised a Japanese UHNW individual on establishing Singapore holding structures and transferring assets into a Luxembourg Foundation; and assisted an Indonesian businessman with estate matters, Singapore citizenship, and approval to hold Singapore residential property.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2017) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018.
