Seah Ching Ling

Seah Ching Ling is a Director in the Tax and Private Clients Services practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Estate Planning. She advises clients on trusts, succession planning, estate matters, family wealth structures, wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, family and philanthropic trusts, family constitutions, immigration, and the establishment of private trust companies and family offices.

Ching Ling advises trust companies and corporate clients on tax, trusts, and regulatory compliance. Notable matters include advising a Chinese Forbes 50 billionaire family on two family trusts, a family office, and an s13U fund; a Taiwanese Forbes 50 family on a family trust, family office, and s13U fund for succession and investment consolidation; a South Asian UHNW family on restructuring worldwide assets, multiple trusts, and a family office; and a Japanese Forbes 50 billionaire on two family trusts for succession and charitable purposes. She has also advised major Singapore sovereign investment institutions and leading banks on charitable trusts and foundations, and assisted UHNW families with Global Investment Program permanent residency applications.

Ching Ling is a graduate of the National University of Singapore (LL.B Hons) and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
