Chow Jian Hui

Chow Jian Hui (周健辉) is an Associate Director whose primary practice area is Banking and Finance Law. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2019 and began his legal practice in banking litigation and arbitration.

Since moving to banking and corporate practice in 2021, he has represented local and international clients across different industry sectors in complex banking and finance transactions and private mergers and acquisitions, ranging from billion-dollar syndicated financings to cross-border acquisitions and restructurings.

Beyond his transactional practice, he sits on the firm's recruitment committee, focusing on shaping the internship recruitment process, and serves on the firm's Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management committee, helping steer how the firm embraces emerging technology.

He holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has a keen interest in geopolitics and is a lifelong student of history.
