Evelyn Ang

Evelyn Ang is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group and co-head of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She has over 25 years of experience advising on corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions.

Evelyn has advised on private and public M&A, corporate restructurings, public takeovers and de-listings, as well as the Singapore law aspects of global acquisitions and divestments. She has acted for a leading healthcare platform on numerous acquisitions across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Indonesia, including a S$111 million acquisition of a private diagnostic and molecular imaging service provider. She also advised Far East Drug on its successful competitive bid to acquire Fullerton Health, Horangi Pte Ltd on its acquisition by Bitdefender, and Menzies Aviation on its purchase of a 50% stake in Jardine Aviation Services Group. Her corporate finance experience includes rights issues, share placements, and private equity and venture capital fundraising exercises.

Evelyn holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham (1996).

She is consistently recognised as a Leading Individual for Corporate/M&A by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global (2017–2026), as a Highly Regarded Lawyer for M&A by IFLR1000, and in Asia Business Law Journal's A-List – Singapore's Top 100 Lawyers (2026).
