Felix LEE

Felix Lee is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice, specialising in banking and finance law. He advises on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, club deals, bilateral loans, acquisition financing, green and sustainable financing, subscription financing, property financing, project financing, and cross‑border transactions.

He has extensive experience in complex financing arrangements, security structures, and debt restructuring, acting for financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and sponsors. He has also advised on standard forms for consumer credit transactions, providing strategic legal counsel across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.

Felix holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar and the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
