Foong Yuen Ping

Foong Yuen Ping is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in capital markets, real estate investment trusts (REITs), business trusts, investment funds, and corporate regulatory and compliance matters. She has acted for issuers and underwriters in notable initial public offerings and secondary offerings, including the largest IPO to-date in Singapore.

Yuen Ping advised the manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust on its HK$4.9 billion acquisition of Mapletree Logistics Hub Tsing Yi and an equity fund raising exercise which raised gross proceeds of approximately S$640.0 million. She also acted as transaction counsel in the IPO of Keppel DC REIT, the first data centre REIT listed in Asia and on the Singapore Exchange, and in the IPO of Hutchison Port Holdings Trust, which raised approximately US$5.5 billion and remains the largest IPO on the Singapore Exchange. Her practice also encompasses mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business sales, corporate restructuring, and post-listing regulatory and compliance advisory work.

Yuen Ping holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1998. She joined the firm in 1998 and has been a Partner since 2005.
