Delwin Singh

Delwin Singh is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in Capital Markets Law. He is dual qualified as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a solicitor of England and Wales. His areas of practice include debt capital markets, banking and finance, and asset securitisation.

He advises corporations, financial institutions and trustees on a range of debt capital market transactions, including programme establishments and updates, offerings of notes and perpetual securities, liability management exercises, covered bonds, and asset securitisations. He also advises borrowers and lenders in complex and high-value banking transactions, including bilateral facilities, loan syndications, en‑bloc financings, and acquisition financings.

Delwin holds an LL.B. (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and an LL.M. (International Legal Studies) from the New York University School of Law. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014 and admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2024. He was recognised as a "Rising Star" and a "next generation lawyer" in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (Capital Markets in Singapore).
