Gwendolyn Gn

Gwendolyn Gn is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in capital markets law and mergers and acquisitions. Her principal areas of practice are corporate finance and regional M&A, with extensive experience in domestic IPOs (SGX Mainboard and Catalist), cross-border and dual listings including NASDAQ, ASX, and HKEx, as well as debt and bond listings for local and international corporations.

Gwendolyn has acted in a wide range of significant transactions, including the placement of up to 31,000,000 new shares in Ever Glory United Holdings Limited (S$17 million); as Singapore Counsel to the lead underwriter for the NASDAQ IPO of SAG Holdings Limited and JBDI Holdings Limited; and as Singapore counsel for Uni‑Fuels Holdings on its NASDAQ IPO. She has also acted for ISDN Holdings on its dual listing on HKEx; for Singapore eDevelopment Limited on a US$50 million share swap with a NYSE‑listed company; and for Livingstone Health Holdings on its acquisition of Phoenix Medical Group. She regularly advises listed clients and financial institutions on corporate governance, regulatory and corporate compliance issues, and serves as an Independent Director and Company Secretary of various SGX‑listed companies.

Gwendolyn holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1994) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995.
