Hsiao Sze Lim

Lim Hsiao Sze is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Real Estate practice group, specialising in Real Estate Law. She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate, including the sale and purchase of real properties, project development sales and financing, with a focus on commercial leasing in the last decade.

Hsiao Sze advises major developers, landlords, banks, funds, family offices and investors on the management and leasing of commercial buildings, retail malls, business parks, Grade A office buildings and industrial properties. She has negotiated lease and licensing documentation for clients including Google, Microsoft, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, Uniqlo, WeWork and Procter & Gamble, and represents landlords including PGIM, Gaw Capital, UOB, Keppel, CapitaLand and Frasers. Her work includes drafting and maintaining template leasing documentation for commercial properties across Singapore, including co-working and co-living projects, and providing strategic advice on residential leasing and short-term lettings.

Hsiao Sze holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1992). She is recognised in Best Lawyers in Singapore for Real Estate Law.
