Hwee Er Teo

Hwee Er Teo is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, focusing on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and regulatory compliance matters.

She has advised clients on a range of corporate transactions, including advising the offeror on the voluntary general offer for shares in SGX Mainboard-listed CosmoSteel Holdings Limited; advising the offeree on the mandatory general offer for shares in Samko Timber Limited; advising the offeror on the privatisation of Alpina Holdings Limited by way of scheme of arrangement; and advising PNE Industries Ltd on its employee share option scheme and performance share plan.

Hwee Er Teo holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2026.
