Jarrett Chen

Jarrett Chen is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Group, specialising in Capital Markets Law. His main areas of practice include corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate commercial transactions.

Jarrett has acted as solicitors to Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Limited in their capacities as Joint Issue Managers, Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners to the initial public offering of Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The offering comprised 83 million shares priced at S$0.58 per share, raising estimated net proceeds of approximately S$48.1 million.

Jarrett holds an LL.B. (Upper Second Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto, where he was awarded the Howland Prize for most outstanding performance. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2026. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
