Joelle Fang

Joelle Fang is an Associate Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She focuses on clients from the Chinese market, advising on corporate compliance, regulatory and policy advisory, M&A, capital markets, and general corporate law.

Joelle regularly assists PRC clients with overseas investments, including joint venture establishment and share acquisitions, and supports business expansion into Southeast Asia through Singapore as a regional base. Notable matters include acting as Singapore counsel to Super Hi International Holding Ltd. on its listing by introduction on the HKEX and its dual listing on NASDAQ—the first company to achieve this; advising Beijing Capital Eco‑Environment Protection Co., Ltd. on a SGD 605 million proposed sale of shares in ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering; advising a top PRC online travel agency on its expansion into Southeast Asia; and advising a PRC asset investment fund on its investment in a Top 3 renewable energy company in Singapore.

She holds an LL.B. (Honours) from the National University of Singapore (2018) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
